When I started looking for my first home a few years ago, I was very nervous. I did not know much about real estate and was not sure if I would end up with something that I did not like. After working with some agents, I ran into Kevin. I gave him my expectations about what I was looking for in a home. He was very patient and never pushy. It was very clear that he cared more about his clients needs instead of making a quick sale. After just a few showings he came up with the perfect townhome, which had pretty much everything I was looking for and in the exact neighbourhood where I wanted to live. We made an offer and got a counter-offer back from the seller which I quickly accepted after listening to Kevin's advise.
