Surrey is BC's second-largest city and the 12th largest in Canada and is located only 35 minutes southeast of Vancouver. With a population of 470,000 citizens, Surrey is known for its diversity, blend of landscapes, and friendly community. Visitors worldwide are drawn to its lush green terrain and popular amenities. South of the city is the US state of Washington, a popular recreation and vacation destination for many Surrey homeowners.
