About Grandview Heights & Morgan Heights

Grandview Heights has seen a boom in development over the last few years. Located east of Sunnyside and south of the Kensington Prairie community centre, the community has grown to include a mix of new residential areas, large property homes and commercial development, including the Grandview Corners shopping area.

Much like the area’s beautiful Morgan Crossing shopping district, Grandview Corners offers a unique outdoor shopping experience where residents can stroll along the quaint main street lined with upscale fashion and home furnishing stores, casual bistros, coffee shops and restaurants. In addition to the smaller shops and services, Grandview Corners conveniently offers a traditional mix of value-oriented retailers including Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Future Shop.

With nearby Redwood Park and White Rock Beach, Grandview Corners also offers plenty of green space, walking trails and parkland. The area is also the home of the newly built Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre and Grandview Heights High School on the corner of 24ave and 168st. Schools include the new Pacific Heights Elementary and the prestigious Southridge private school.
