After starting his real estate career with Realty World in January of 1993. Kevin Basran is now owner and co-founder of Money Saver Realty.  After many successful and award winning years of sales with various real estate companies, Kevin found the need to take his real estate career in a different direction. The landscape of real estate is changing Kevin says, “the consumer wants and demands far more for their hard earned money. There is a need for a company like Money Saver Realty. If we can facilitate the consumers real estate needs and save them a large amount of money, then we will be a very successful company”.

Of course this type of venture would not be possible if Kevin did not have the support of his loving wife Kul. Together with Kul and his two wonderful children, daughter Hennah and son Navin. Kevin is able able to find that fine balance of spending quality time with his family and pursuing his passion of having the most successful real estate company in the Fraser Valley.

Kevin has been a Master Medallion in the FVREB which is the top 10% of Realtors since 2000 to the present 2011. Kevin has also owned and managed his own building company www.hawkstream.ca which has enabled him to further his knowledge and expertise in the real estate business.
